JEFF-3.1 Evaluated Data: neutron-induced fission product yields data

The fission product yield libraries include independent and cumulative yields for neutron-induced fission of Th-232, U-233,234,235,236,238, Np-237,238, Pu-239,239,240,241,242, Am-241,242m,243, and Cm-243,244,245. Spontaneous fission product yields are in a separate dataset. The data represent a development of the UKFY3 file described in the PhD Thesis of R.W. Mills, which was itself developed from earlier UK evaluations. The principle changes from earlier libraries include an extended experimental database, calculation of the cumulative yields using the JEFF-3.1 decay data, improved calculation of uncertainties in the yields, improved adjustment to the physical constraints and the inclusion of new ternary yield data for H-3 and He-4.
